For over a decade of working with structured publishing solutions for large enterprise and owning his own XML Consultancy company, Spencer has gained extensive experience in SGML & XML, Authoring Solutions and Content Management Systems in wide variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Defense and Automotive. The large enterprise companies for whom XML solutions have been designed and deployed include GSK, Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson, The Ministry of Defense, BAE Systems, Boeing, Ford Motor Cars and many more.

As Head of Technology for Just Systems EMEA, Spencer is responsible for overall EMEA technical direction for solutions and product vision for XMetaL and XFY products, with lead responsibility in EMEA for the deployment and creation of XML solutions. A thought leader in product vision for market leading structured publishing solutions, Spencer is able to successfully utilize proven techniques and methodologies from one industry and deploys them into enterprise solutions across industries.
